In the few years that I have used MIC insurance for both of our GP surgeries, I have been hugely impressed by their customer service. When you call them, you get straight through to a person rather than an automated system. They can usually deal with any queries immediately but if not will always call back or email promptly which means I get what I need without having to wait for days or have to get back to remind them. I had to put in two claims to them in the past year and again they dealt with them quickly, fairly and competently. In my role I deal with many companies and organisations and I cannot recommend them highly enough for their personal attention and great customer service.
