Kidney infection (pyelonephritis)

A kidney infection, medically termed pyelonephritis, can occur when bacteria from a urinary tract infection (UTI) ascend to one or both kidneys. While a kidney infection can cause discomfort, it is typically manageable with antibiotics.

Kidney stones

Kidney stones, also known as renal calculi, are solid formations that can develop in the kidneys. Typically, they pass out of the body naturally in urine. However, the ease of passage and level of discomfort experienced depend on the size and shape of the stones. In some cases, hospital treatment may be necessary for their removal.

Knee arthroscopy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure employed to diagnose and treat knee pain or other knee-related issues. It is utilised for conditions such as inflammation, damage, injuries, and infections of the knee joint.

Knee osteoarthritis is a prevalent health condition characterised by pain and stiffness in the knee joint. While osteoarthritis can affect other joints as well, knee osteoarthritis is among the most common types of this condition.

Knee replacement

Knee replacement surgery involves the removal of damaged components of the knee joint and their replacement with artificial counterparts. This procedure is typically recommended for individuals experiencing significant pain and damage in the knee joint, often due to conditions such as osteoarthritis.
